Fruitbouquets Tracking Order Status

Paid for same day delivery to a school and put in the hours. Fruit was never delivered or was I able to track. No notification from them. The days they’ll deliver today! I never have this problem with Edible arrangements! Do not use

My best friends dog tragically passed away and I sent them a fruit platter and it arrived with literally basically rotting fruit and a chocolate dipping job that my 10 year old students could do better. It was absolutely embarrassing and disgraceful. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they gave me a 50% refund which I felt was suitable because she said it “tasted fine” but the presentation was disgusting.

Not bad - but totally thought this was edible arrangements - and it was not - it was more costly and not the same quantity or quality - the fruit was fresh but the arrangement itself was not the same quality I was used to with the other company - and upon arrival the person delivering was asking for a tip? This is a gift - why is that appropriate for the recipient to tip? So bottom line - this was at the top of the search engine duping customers - and they charge a higher price for a product that is not the same quality as their competitor.

We ordered one week in advance and it was delivered timely. The appearance was fantastic and our granddaughter lived every bite.
