Frisson Home Tracking Order Status

I’ve had a a good experience with these guys! I emailed them as it had been a week since my order and they sent me a tracking link and have messaged me to make sure my parcel had arrived. My parcel is exactly what I ordered

I am so pleased that I did receive my goods after a few weeks of waiting, after reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical. My lights for my window are fantastic for Christmas.

I purchased a computer desk for my home office last week. I did get a bit worried reading the 1star reviews on here and it did concern me especially as I read these reviews as an afterthought. However the desk arrived 3 days after the order date by Yodel. It’s a great desk and I got a big discount too. Very happy with my purchase.

The pampas was exactly as shown in their pictures online. They look great in a vase. They are fantastic quality also.

The seller did not ship on the date provided and an updated was not provided. Was unable to get through over phone and eventually had to request a refund, as no updates on the order was provided.
