FreshDirect Tracking Order Status

Fresh direct has been wonderful! I have used this service for years and it has been generally reliable.

Too many plastic bags, can’t recycle the delivery bags and too expensive! Their proposed solution of donating them is good for getting one more use out of them but it is still putting more plastic into the system. There are better eco friendly delivery services available. I’m sad, I used to love fresh direct but they are loosing customers. We need different environmentally safe solutions.

Fresh direct has been wonderful! Love the selection, the site is easy to navigate & there are some good deals depending on what you buy. Also I absolutely love that they carry good bagels. Out of my 5-10 purchases only one item was missing, and it was easy to mark it missing and got a credit without a problem.

The reheat pre-roasted turkey was the moistest ever. The price $229 for a very large dinner with 8 fantastic sides is almost a gift. Highly recommended!

I get what I order but the cooking has become bad. All main course are very spicy and almost uneatable. The food is no longer delivered frozen and arrives all stirred up. You could not recognize lasagna for example. The polenta is so watery that it could be a soup rather than a side dish. Fresh Direct, what happened to you? I am now trying other delivery service.
