After just 1 wear the hem on one leg of white trousers have completed come away. Poor quality manufacturing ORDER UK896817 I am going to have to pay for them to be repaired otherwise they cannot be worn and it will be a waste of money.

Purchased a raincoat I was not informed you didn’t refund on sale items my first purchase with French connection I am now stuck with a £70 credit note not good As I had to take raincoat back

Payed £69 for a top, only wore it a few times, now is fraying with holes on both cuffs. Contacted customer service, sent pictures, and unfortunately had not seen the care label, dry clean only!!!. Would never have bought this had I had known. Now have a top that can't be repaired, and no refund, as not followed instructions. Who in their right mind would pay about £7, everytime to dry clean. Will never shop there again.
