I've experience several issues with some of the Customer Success Advisors. One doesn't investigate the issues raised and you end up constantly repeating yourself (we'll call him T), and another (we'll call him D) has just told me (sarcastically) to either stop using their generative AI or upgrade to a higher plan. This is down to an AI prompt issue (which you pay for, it is NOT free), where if a suggestion isn't made, the user is penalised for it! I've had several other problems since joining freewebstore, and I've been a paying user virtually since day one. So much of the time Advisors don't listen, nor do they view the uploads of the issue. Funny enough, the problems have been mainly with 'T'. All of the women Advisor have been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, it's been rare to have them step in on these ongoing issues.

It used to be that I could access human support on the free plan, but now you can only access bot support. Unfortunately, the bots can only answer the simplest of questions, and they are unable to forward a report that I have identified a possible fault in the messaging center. This fault may be affecting many other Freewebstore customers, but I have no way of reporting it. Update: I wasn't aware that the chat bot was monitored (perhaps this could be made clearer) but as soon as they saw my query, the fantastic team at freewebstore investigated and emailed me back. Now I know how to report bugs, I feel so much better 😅

In my honest experience, and opinion; whilst the service is free and very user friendly. I am not impressed by the customer service. It appears as though everything is answered by bots, and sometimes you just need that human contact, to give assurance.

I had my freewebstore for many years now. I'm running a very small business selling products I manufacture in my spare time. The shop is completely free but still fully functional including many themes, stock management, customer handling, chart functions and a range of checkout options. You may give your shop a very professional look and customize many details. There is only a small banner showing an advertisement for freewebstore itself. No third party advertisement as common in other free stores. There is an automated online help wizard and a forum where your questions are being answered quickly. I am very satisfied with freewebstore

This review is based on my recent experience of Freewebstore after 2 years of using it successfully. Last week my web page unexpectedly went down. I have contacted Freewebstore a few times via email but not got any response from them and it's now been 8 days with no reply, which is appalling. I'm unable to rectify this without their help. Very disappointed with what was once a good service with good support. Be warned - if you're a free user, you only get AI support which is useless. Edit: Freewebstore were quick to respond to my review and emailed me with an update. My emails had gone to spam. It seems there's a technical issue, but taking over a week to remedy it is pretty slow.
