Free Fly Apparel Tracking Order Status

clothing is comfortable and well made albeit on the pricey side. I had a couple returns and an exchange on 7/12. the exchange was processed fairly, but they never processed the return despite sending an email they received the items. I emailed them and they apologized and refunded the money as requested about a week later. after the second order I made the website had a 20% off sale the next day. I emailed if I could get a 20% credit or refund and they refused. so, I had to create another order the next day that had 20% off and then return the first order in order to get that. not sure how that fits into their environmentally conscious message they advertise on their website.
