Freddies’ Flower Tracking Order Status

The flowers I ordered had a stunning arrangement, with vibrant colors that brought joy to the recipient. They were fresh and delivered promptly, making them a perfect choice for a special gift.

Freddie's flowers are always beautiful and long lasting (quite often some of the flowers still looking good after 3 weeks). They are always a lovely selection of flowers, quite often with species you don't see in local florists. The colour choices are always carefully selected and following the arrangement details even I can make a stunning display! Delivery is always on the selected day and they take away the previous box for reuse or recycling. I would recommend Freddie's flowers to treat yourself or for any special occasion.

I just love receiving my Freddie's Flowers every two weeks. At the moment they are lasting really well and I end up with two vases on my kitchen island as they cross over. Thank you for your beautiful fresh flowers

Service and quality have been going down steadily, but price has increased. Stems often arrive damaged since they switched to DPD, they often leave the boxes stood up which causes damage to the contents, rather than laying it flat. Plus FF no longer collect/recycle their boxes so have lost that unique, eco-conscious, selling point. Stems are not lasting as long as they used to, more flowers are in bloom than in bud, so you don't get to fully enjoy them before they're finished/wilted. The "upto 2 weeks" is neither realistic nor representative of the lasting-ability of their flowers, some are done within a few days and most are past their best in a week. The lily-free arrangements are often underwhelming when compared to the regular one shown in their marketing shots, more consideration should be given to ensure all options are of a similar standard. When given this feedback their customer service suggested I use the 'what's in the box' to check upcoming arrangements are suitable, but how can I when the lily-free options are never depicted? I still wouldn't know what I'm going to get until I open the box! Also, last Christmas the lily-free flowers were so disappointing - barely any bold seasonal colours and very sparse looking instead of being luxe/celebratory. The regular arrangement had nice big red Amaryllis, the lily-free option had no big statement flowers in bold colours. I have been using FF for a couple of years now, but have paused my subscription to try another company as this isn't worth the money any more! If their competitor does well I'll be closing my account.

We love Freddie's Flowers. Arranging delivery and the delivery itself is convenient and efficient. The flowers are wonderful, complete with arrangement instructions. And they last a long time. Well worth the money!
