High build quality product

High build quality product. Clean, sleek design aesthetic. Water bottle is a good design. Tea / Coffee cup holds heat well, however the sipping hole could be re-designed with occasional drips left on the lid after sipping. Not the easiest to re-assemble parts after cleaning, however, the ability to do this for cleaning is a useful feature. The cleaning brush for the brass straw should be included with the bottle, particularly for the premium price. They are expensive, and there is better value out there for drinking water and 'keep cups', however, its would be hard to find a better quality and sleeker designed product than Frank Green.

The bottle arrived badly scuffed along…

It arrived badly scuffed along the top and bottom right out of the box. Compared to a range of overhyped and overpriced cups that can be seen all over the internet, the Frank Green cups and bottles are so much more elegant and tastefully designed. So when I need a 2L water bottle, and found Frank Green's bottles I jumped without further research. Upon reading further on their website afterwards, they seem to have a sophisticated design principles that I can stand behind. Although I am conscious of the superfluous use of the word "reusable" as a marketing tool on bottles hardly any of us throw away after its first use. I have also seen how fast Frank Green responded in the modification of their straw flip top cap once a complaint can be seen online about it. So when I saw the many negative feedback about the lack of durability of their colour coatings on their metal bottles, I remained optimistic. Sadly, the bottle arrived badly scuffed and looked like a used bottle. My husband said perhaps it is a packing issue. But if you have to handle the bottle with cotton gloves then maybe there is an issue with the design. For the prices they are charging, this is not good enough. One more thing: The additional $10 or so for the monogram came out a little off centre to the Frank Green branding on the other side. POSITIVE: I am so glad that they have not place the monogram right on top of a HUGE Frank Green branding, as shown on their website, where our paid monogram will always be overshadowed their own branding. The branding is BIG. Putting the monogram on the other side is excellent. BUT: My monogram came slightly off centre to the branding on the other side. As if they allocated a space right on the opposite side of the brand, but for 3 letters. So when I only submitted one letter, instead of printed on the centre, they printed it on the first position of a 3 letter space. It feels as if Frank Green is using their paying customers as a free focus group and testing ground for products that are still in their prototype stages. It is highly unprofessional on any price points. Unacceptable at the current price points. But wait, there is more. When I emailed their customer service address, the same address which I received my order and shipping confirmation from, I get an automated reply pushing me to go back to their website through a list of preset Q&A topics. Once you click one of the topics relevant to you, you are directed back to their website, and then, asked to register and to log in. I am not registered and I do not plan on opening an account with Frank Green. So I have to go back to my email, and send another email, to ask, again, for a real person assistance. Not only are you not getting the product you paid for, they are also demanding a lot of your time to resolve THEIR issues. As if the burden of resolution is on you, instead of on them. The persistent sense of being pawed off is not very pleasant. Let's face it. At a certain price, we are not just buying a product. We are buying aesthetics, we are buying convenience, we are buying an experience. If Frank Green marketed itself as more than a product, then it is not acceptable that they are selling less than a product. If I am paying a lot of money for a product not only to be healthy, functional, environmentally friendly, and beautiful to look at, I expect to get all of the above for the money I have agreed to pay for all of the above. I am still waiting for a response from customer service. Depending on how that goes, I might come back and revise my rating.

original reusable cup

I bought original reusable cup. I have it for probably around 3 weeks now. The main reason of buying it was to put it in my bag when on my way to work, without being worried of it spilling inside. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. This is not a leak proof cup. It is leaking from the top where the button is, as well as from the sides. I have to walk holding my cup in my hand and I have to drink without the top on to avoid having my morning tea all over my clothes. I love the look of this cup, and I wish it worked. Left this review due to the price I had to pay for it and not receiving what was promised.

faulty lid and poor customer service

I love my Frank Green water bottle but after 3.5 months of use the lid/ straw suction stopped working so I emailed to make a claim on the warranty. It has been almost a month and I still haven’t received a reply.

Very poor functionality

Very poor functionality, too heavy and too long. Purchased the dog collar and lead with customizations. Arrived in a timely manner and order was correct. I am disappointed with the functionality of the design. The collar and lead are very heavy, the lead is longer than the standard so drags on the ground or gets caught under my dogs legs I constantly have to have it looped around my hand. The worst part is the D ring on the lead and clip collar are so narrow it is incredibly difficult to clip and unclip, there is about a 3mm clearance. I struggle and my vision and dexterity are fine, I cannot use this collar if other people are walking my dog. Very disappointing as I like to buy Australian and sustainable items but sadly this item is useless
