Frames Tracking Order Status

This was my first purchase from Frames and I was really impressed, from the ease of ordering, fast delivery and quality of the product. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ordered a small frame for a particular embroidered picture. Frame was perfect for my project. Very pleased with it and delivery came as they said.

The product to frame a poster was exactly as we had expected, finished to a high standard with a generous ancillary pack of hooks, eyes, string etc. Delivery was very prompt. I may have missed it, but I was a bit apprehensive about sizing. As I was ordering a frame to fit the picture without a mount, I felt the frame data was not 100% clear about how much the frame moulding would overlap the edge of the picture. A cross-section drawing of the mount mght be more explanatory than the dimension descriptions

Frame is light so a clip on the back would suffice. Instead they've gone for having to screw in the picture wire, which was fiddly. And the pins for holding in the wall hook were too small, went through the holes, so had to use own. Speedy delivery and ability to have a slightly unusual size of the pictures were positives.

Have be using Frames for a some time now for bespoke Frames . Great products , Wonderful service .
