Products are okay, but shipping times and quality control are absolutely ridiculous. I once spent around $200 on candles and bath bombs that were meant to be gifts. By the time the products actually arrived to my door the birthdays of the people they were meant to be gifts for had already passed. On top of it they sent me the wrong products. I contacted customer service and what ensued was a long, drawn out, string of follow ups I had to make because my order was never corrected/shipped. By the time I got fed up and just wanted a refund they refunded me for the wrong order and jipped me by around $30. At this point it had been around 2 months since my initial order and I was just ready for the entire situation to be off my to-do list every day, so I ate the difference. A few months and a few orders later (yes, I CONTINUED to order and give them chances), it takes minimally 1-2 weeks for an order to process, an additional 1 week for USPS to receive the package once it says it’s “shipped” and then an additional 1 week for shipping. Again, their products are okay. But their price point is just too high to be waiting a month to receive your order. I’ve been a monthly subscriber for around a year and have spent over $1,000 with this company. But after my most recent inner circle order was placed on 10/6/2023 and as of 10/17/2023 USPS STILL doesn’t have the package, I’ll be cancelling my membership for good. Enough is enough, I respect that you may be understaffed- but the waste of time and money has grown beyond asking customers for a bit of patience and sending out random $10 off coupons as an apology when it doesn’t even cover the cost of a single product. Another side note is that the rewards for the inner circle members are just rough. You have to spend hundreds of dollars before you have enough points for a free bath bomb. And you don’t even get to choose your free bath bomb. It’s a “mystery” bath bomb / candle, and from my experience it seems like they send you the bottom-drawer products that they’re just trying to get rid of. Slightly convinced the string of 5 star reviews that have been left recently aren’t fully legitimate.

Honestly, I have been a regular customer (part of their Inner Circle membership) for almost 6 years now, and I have never had a serious issue until now. Whenever I receive a damaged bath bomb, they are always quick to help. Their products (for the most part) smell absolutely amazing, and the candles are great when I am working long hours into the night at my computer desk. Until yesterday, I would not have had a bad thing to say about the company in an online review. However, they recently changed the way they print their codes on their tickets (included with every ring as a way for customers to accumulate points, enter the $10,000 ring contest, and inform the customer of the value of their ring), and the new way has presented a problem. I have had 4 instances where the code has been illegible (partially), making it useless. I have tried every way I can think of to retrieve the faded numbers/letters, but have had no luck. The first 2 instances, I simply wrote it off as a fluke and threw the tickets away. However, since then, I have had two more incidents. I don't usually enter my codes as soon as I get them; instead, I collect between 10-20 before doing them all at once. So when I went to enter my codes and found them damaged, I reached out to customer support. I was asked for a order number and product name. I answered honestly and told the customer service rep that I did not know what order number or product the damaged tickets came from, and the rep told me that without this information, there was nothing the company could do. I told the rep that I could have done what I'm sure others in my situation may have done and picked an order number/product at random from my recent orders, but that I did not want to do that. It's not right, and I prefer to be honest. That was when the rep simply repeated that without that information, there was nothing they could do. After 6 years of loyalty and exclusivity with this company (even through price increases, delays, altered formulas, etc), I feel like this is a pretty deplorable way to treat someone who is simply trying to get some help for some damaged codes. I have had, on several occasions, where the company has slipped extra codes into my boxes for no other reason than just an extra treat. Yet, when I come to them with a problem, they are unable to help. Unfortunately, I believe October's box may be my last with this company as I search for an alternative. How disappointing.

I enjoy everything about Fragrant Jewels!! From candles to bath bombs and sugar body scrub there's always a beautiful ring or piece of jewelry that is hidden inside. So many collections make it more fun and to collect!!

First off, the fragrance from each and every product is amazing! Candles, bath bombs, scrubs.... ALL OF IT smells great! I also have never been disappointed with my rings. I love that I get points to redeem free stuff!
