Ordered a perfume accidently(my fault)…

Ordered a perfume accidently(my fault) and the returns process was easy enough, however weeks later i am still waiting for the refund. I have received replies to my messages however beginning to think that i'm just being fobbed off. I have order a few times from this company and to be honest i never had any issue but customer service is definitely a cause for concern based on my recent experience with them
