FoxyBae Tracking Order Status

I ordered the mini tool kit but it just didn't work with my short hair! I contacted the company and they refunded my money! Great customer service and so quick! I will purchase again!

I ordered the heated brush and as soon as I got the product (which came extremely fast) I opened it up and put it under the bathroom sink. I didnt even try to use it for another 2-3 weeks. When I did use it it wasnt working properly. But since I had already thrown the packaging away I assumed that I was stuck with this thing. But i figured I would email customer service and let them know anyway. They responded back within hours and the girl told me that they dont require the packaging. They didnt even require the brush back because she said they do not resell any product. All she needed me to do was to take a picture of the brush with the cord cut and they would refund my money! So thats what I did and I had the money back in my acct in no time at all! In my opinion the customer service is unrivaled. Hands down. And i will shop with them anytime I need new hair straightners. (Every other Foxybae styler I have tried has been incredible, I just happened to get a dud)

I love this company! Their products are great quality, they usually have some kind of great deal going, and all of their styling tools, brushes, and hair pins are SO CUTE! Love them! Customer service is kind and helpful. I've shopped here a couple of times and will continue to be a customer! (Also, if you have bleached hair, try their purple shampoo and conditioner set along w the "Don't Hate, Hydrate" hair mask---trust me, it will save your hair like nothing else on the market! Oh and the purple shampoo is soooooo highly pigmented! The best you can get and at the best price point, too! LOVE this company!)

I Love FoxyBae! Their hair care products and their styling tools are amazing I owe three different FoxyBae styling tools and I love all three of them! My straightener makes my hair so soft and sleek my 32mm curling wand does a wonderful job when I’m wanting to have curls without all the frizz! I also own the 25MM curling wand! That does a wonderful job too! I would most definitely recommend FoxyBae hair care products also for instance the heat shield for when you using all your FoxyBae styling tools!
