I have started with the beginner dosage of the fourfive CBD. Within a week I noticed a reduction is residual joint soreness, with even the low recommended start dosage. The simple spray dispenser is easy to use, there is no bad taste and the spray is quickly absorbed under the tongue.

I've been taking the 500mg CBD oil for approximately one week and can already feel a difference. My joints and muscles seem much less stiff and I can move easier first thing in the morning. Very happy with the results so far.
