Item as described- arrived quickly

The shoes were exactly as described. They feel great! And were delivered a day earlier than expected, nice!

I received wonderful customer service from Christina. Before an item of mine shipped, she reached out to let me know that I ordered the last pair in stock and it had a very minor flaw. She asked me to look at and determine if I still wanted them. When I decided to keep the order, she gave me a great discount. I was very grateful that she reached out to me and appreciate the great service.

I love Footwear etc. and have been shopping there for years. Unfortunately these shoes did not fit and I needed to return in person at the Mission Hills store. I went in and there were 2 sales people that didn't even acknowledge me for a bit. They were with other customers, but I saw them acknowledge two other female shoppers that were in the store. Eventually a 3rd sales person came out and they had her help me but she was so uninterested in helping me. She got the shoes I wanted, dropped them off and walked away. She did not sit with me and help me try them on or check the fit like the other sales people were doing with their customers. She barely seemed able or even interested in answering my questions. I love the store, but am VERY disappointed with the service I receive when going to the Mission Hills store. I have never received the good service there that I used to get at the Little Italy or Encinitas store but this time was truly awful and makes me not want to go back.
