Footasylum Tracking Order Status

Had a recent issue with an order. But then was sorted and new item sent. And received with a day. Really appreciate the quick sorting. And especially thanks to Mo who stay in contact and sorted my problem and with speed. Thank again Mo.

Thanks 2 a member of staff named (Kad)after alot of messages 2 and from on both wats app and online chat over a period of 5 days being told they recievd my parcel at footasylum warehouse and the box was empty and so was returned 2 me emptie i was then told i was not getting a refund of 95quid 4 my missing trainers and wud need 2 investigate this with footasylum's courier myself like very poor customer services only wen i contacted footasylum head office via email did a staff member (Kad) join the wats app chat 2 tell me i am being refunded the full amount but this cud take up2 10 days 2 recieve just if the dealt eith this issue correctly in the beginning its been 5 days now since i first contacted them . It wud be alot better if yous actually had a viable customer services number that people cud actually phone 2 speak with a person when they have issues like this 1

Had exactly what I wanted - other trainer sellers don’t list 5.5 Converse kids size hoping that you will have to fork out the extra on adult shoes (for a kid). So well done footasylum - and for having them in stock (unlike competitors). Free delivery and 10% offer for newbies too. Thanks!

staff was nice and friendly. I had asked about a pair of converses with one member but they said they only had them in junior size. It would’ve been nice to have been recommended something similar for men as it would have at least demonstrated initiative in promoting more of what footasylum offer
