Driver Janidu, very patient and cooperative in delivering the shipment. Item arrived in very good condition.

For first time tried Ferns n Petals Canada for delivery of Cake for my Son's Birthday celebrations in Toronto. Not only it was delivered on time but the extra care taken for Freshness of Cake and beautiful Red Roses but also the excellent packing and care taken while delivering it by the local agent. The icing on the cake was some extra decoration material that was also included by the local delivery agent which was not forming part of the Order!! Lived beyond expectations and in true sense Customer comes first attitude by the local agent and Ferns n Petals.

I placed an order and inadvertently selected the deliver date a week later than intended. I asked to have it changed to the next business day. - they said they could not. Their delivery failed on the first attempt. I received an email stating they would attempt a second delivery but they di dnot try a second time. When I called to inquiry they stated they only attempt delivery once and would not give a refund. Lady on phone was not customer friendly and the overall service was very poor. Will not use them again.

Very helpful explaining things about their products. Love their new labels . the trail skinsoothing spray is awesome also really like the refesh cooling after mist. Delivery is fast. I would recommend the oils they are wonderful. The wildflower bath tea is to die for love it. Thank you for your wonderful products.

The quantity of roses is very small. Only six. The image based on which I had ordered is different from what I have received. The wrapping is different from the image and of poor quality. The roses are not fresh. The birth day wish message is different from what I had chosen. This is my honest opinion , I am very disappointed that my very first oder is like this. and I have decided never to order in future. Thanks for your response that you would resolve the issue.
