Poor value for money

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, five days in advance of the date. They arrived just before midday, but sadly not a patch on the advertised ones on the website. A sparse and limited arrangement, with mainly just scented stocks. Contacted customer services who offered a glib reply and 'couldn't care less attitude'. Won't be using them again.
