Ordered a pastel bouquet and recipient received a bright bold bouquet . The excuse was that they replaced flowers that were unavailable with alternatives. However the colours used and strength of colour made it a differing bouquet altogether.The hues selected by the purchaser are important and alternative flowers should fit in with the chosen hues. Colour is important in a bouquet. Basically, seeing the flowers , it appears they just have a selection made up which they send - whether it’s the bouquet ordered or not . The wrong bouquet cost me £74!!!! The company have offered a 20% refund which is a positive.

I ordered flower a dozen roses for my wife, then I was charged a tip fee of $5. for the driver, and another fee for I guess finding a florist. They were to be delivered TOMORROW, not today, and the roses are to be looking alive and full, not brown and curly. After spending close to $150, the arrangement only costs $110 you deliver a day early and they look like you stole them from a graveyard. Never again. Straight-out fraudulent sales.

Super selection of flowers..not the usual ‘granny’ options. I forgot to list my message, I emailed them, got a confirmation email back (someone is actually manning the desk😜) and it was added. The arrangement was stunning..got a very effusive thank you from my niece. Ordering from a different country (USA) you never really know what you will get. What a great company & excellent service. Highly recommend!
