Floraqueen Tracking Order Status

Our complaint is that the bouquet delivered did not contain nearly as many flowers as the image on their website. We ordered the Premium arrangement and the website showed at least 30 flowers of different varieties, but the delivered bouquet only had about half as many. That being said, the service was very good and the delivered bouquet was still attractive and appreciated by the recipient, but we were definitely underwhelmed by the number of flowers delivered. This could be considered as false advertising. Thank you

I ordered flowers for my fiancé and she was really thrilled with them. Very colourful and fresh. They were delivered on time and I would definitely recommend FloraQueen. Jesus

Pünktliche Lieferung, allerdings hatte ich mir bei dem Preis mehr Blüten erhofft. 3 der Rosen waren bereits nach einem Tag welk. Traurig.

I am disappointed this time. The ordered Deluxe bouquet seems to be a Classic one and the Anastasias are fully missing from it.

Bel mazzo di fiori , molto ben es gusto inoltre hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna👍inoltre l’ imballaggio era ottimo ,l’ unica cosa appunto sulla scatola di consegna dovrebbero indicare il verso poiché mi è stato consegnato al contrario e essendo fiori si sono un po’ schiacciata e si è staccato del velo da sposa. Comunque voto molto buono
