FlixBus Tracking Order Status

Otrevlig chaufför. Sa till folk( som kanske hade gjort fel) på ett otrevligt sätt. Det kostar inget att säga till på ett vänligt sätt. Dessutom sa han inte till om säkerhetsbälte.

Excelente servicio, los conductores están muy atentos a que no suba nadie desconocido al autobús, tienen mucho orden a la hora de contabilizar los pasajeros para no dejarlos en las paradas que hacen a lo largo del trayecto

The busses did not have wifi even though they claim they do. The bus back home was also one hour late with no notice of delay until the planned boarding time. We also had to change busses halfway through with no disclosed reason. Not exactly impressed frankly.

I have seen a large number of bad reviews for this bus so I would like to add my experience in hopes that fellow Canadians can be assured. I took FlixBus twice in the months of April and May of this year on a trip to New York from Toronto and Niagara Falls, Canada. Both buses heading to the states were on time, clean, and efficient on our travel there. The bus drivers were nice and friendly and were excellent drivers especially while dealing with the traffic in New York City. The only thing that is stopping me from leaving a 5 star review is that the bus was very cold on my first trip and the heat did not reach the back of the bus. My friend even had to buy a blanket at the rest stop! On my second trip the heating and air was much better, so overall I give this service a 4/5.
