Flight Club Tracking Order Status

I order some shoes online that was unreleased. 3 weeks went by and still no shoes I contact flight club to see what was the issue they hit me back the next day to let me know what the issue. I didn’t get the shoes but they sent me my money back

There was an issue with the shoes I received. I contacted the customer service team and received a prompt response with a solution to my problem. The customer service was great, fast, and made a bad situation good. I will shop here again because if there is a problem, Flight Club will fix it as long as you provide all the requested documentation.

I had to return an item and was worried about the refund process. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the refund was processed. I received my refund within a few days of returning the item. I'm very happy with the customer service and would definitely shop here again!

Flight Club has always been a place where I know I’m going to get what I paid for without the hassle of wondering where my order is. I ordered my grail pair of Chuck Taylors and it was taking a while for the seller to ship. Flight Club was there helping me from the first email letting me know when the seller shipped (when he finally did) with information about the time frame they’re allotted. I never get anxious with FC as I do with other high end shoe dealers as they have proven time after time they’re the best in the business. I finally received my Chucks and they were exactly what they were supposed to be. Thank you FC for the stellar customer service as well as making sure everything is as it should be!

In my last sneakers purchase the delivery time was outstanding. It was delivered on time within a week and that was a great experience.
