Fleet Feet Tracking Order Status

I was leary about ordering shoes from this website based on the reviews, but it was an awesome experience. I even had to reach out to customer svc to make a quick change to the shipping address and Lisa was quick and got it done. I will definitely order from Fleet Feet again!

Morrisville, NC - on a busy Saturday a young man (Curtis on our receipt) greeted us and offered to help. I explained my issues to him. He took various measurements from my feet including size, gait and pressure points when standing- he explained all the results including the fact my shoes were 2 sizes too small! After showing me exactly what shoes would help my feet, my feet felt fantastic! My only complaint was the color and that was quickly resolved with several more choices! My husband was so impressed by the level of service that he went through the same tests. His shoe size was spot on but he found a perfect pair of shoes too! I couldn’t ask for a better experience- this young man was so knowledgeable about EVERY shoe. His patience with explaining what was causing my issues was so greatly appreciated! He never pressured us into buying anything! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

What made Our experience Great was that our rep. Miriam at the 17783 Haggerty Northville store took the time to fit my husband with OOahh slides and Beast GTS running shoes .We appreciated the customer service and hands on with experience.

My partner and I went to the Newport Ky. store today. Amy greated us today as soon as we came in. She was so very helpful and very knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. Her personality was extremely enjoyable, we never felt rushed by her. Amy was excellent and very personable.

Love their Nashville location. Very friendly staff that are very knowledgable as well with any questions I have. Would highly recommend checking them out!
