Flannels Tracking Order Status

I did try to obtain free delivery but it won’t allow me to because my purchase was not high but it never said how much you had to spend to get free delivery!! However my package came quickly and i’m absolutely delighted with my Gants top. Best purchase i’ve made as my birthday present. Thanks

Parcel came quick and good delivery. Item was great in itself. However the box was heavily damaged in transit or packaging. As it was a present does not give the best first impression

Received a Burberry Lola camera bag. No tags, no Burbery dustbag and was just packed in a flannels dustbag in a brown box. For a Burberry purchase it didn't feel luxurious and I found myself inspecting it to check it wasn't fake. I made the decision to keep the bag as it was at a good discounted rate (if its not FAKE) Flannels then ask me to review the product so I said exactly as above and they have REJECTED the review. Why would you do this? Something to hide? I have had an issue with Flannels before but that item was bought in store rather than on-line. I had stopped shopping with Flannels but have gone back recently and spent quite a bit of money with no issue until this bag arrived.

Nothing is ever to much trouble regarding flannels brilliant customer service team they are always pleasant and very knowledgeable and above all helpful any issues you may have will be dealt with in a quick and professional manner. I love the on line order service and also the shopping experience at the fantastic flannels stores. Thanks everyone X

Bought my 2 daughters a winter coat each. The price was amazing. I was given 5 days for the coats to arrive. They actually arrived in 2 days. Very impressed. Thank you Flannels.
