Kein vertarauenswürdiger Anbieter

Nach der Bestellungsbestätigung habe ich vom Verkäufer 5 Tage gar nichts gehört. Als ich sie endlich telefonisch erreicht habe, wurde es mir mitgeteilt dass der Artikel leider nicht mehr verfügbar war und es tut ihnen leid dass sie mich nicht kontaktiert haben.
