Updated 6/5/23: following the below response from first choice we have received no contact. We have all call recordings from Tui data protection team, however response from TUI customer services is the call hasn’t been listened to, interestingly in the call recordings we have been advised the calls have been listened to!! Come on First choice/TUI you are impacting your customers wellbeing with incorrect feedback and added stress. We’ve been using first choice for a number of years. I fear this will be the last time. Customer services is non existent now, have been awaiting a call back for days and every time I call through I get told somebody will call me back to follow up my complaint. Still no response to my request nearly a week down the line despite calls into the offices and sticking to the timelines given by the agents. Disappointed as we have had some of the best holidays, almost feels like once they have your money you are not needed as a customer. Please review your customers experience with your agents, in this day and age with CRM systems you should be able to provide some consistency to your call handling.

They went above and beyond to install garage door and opener. Works perfectly,!!! I recommend them to anyone,!!!¡!!!
