Fire Mountain Gems and Beads Tracking Order Status

I bought some watermelon tourmaline from this company and it is such poor quality I won't ever order again. A full third of the beads I received couldn't even be strung. And who knows if what I got is even what I ordered.

I love their beads and findings. Items as simple as howlite chips are of the highest quality. Their lapis lazuli and semiprecious beads are quite beautiful. I love the quality.

Great customer service. I filled out a post-order questionnaire and said I was disappointed with a few items and thrilled with a few others. Received an email from customer service stating they were concerned about my disappointment - asked if I would like to return the item - I didn't have original package any longer, they made an exception and sent me a return envelop free of charge! Now that's a company that understands how to build loyal customers.

OK the post is expensive (Fedex: US to UK) but REALLY fast, parcel took less time to get from Grants Pass Oregon than a letter posted in Huddersfield would arrive in Leeds 20mls away. Really worth a look, lots of hard to find beads and findings. Will definitely use again.
