Everything about Finisterre is outstanding: quality of clothing, design, philosophy and ethos, and, not least, the utterly superb customer service/experience. Nothing’s too much trouble and very clearly the approach is to ensure total customer happiness and satisfaction. There are so many companies that could learn a great deal from Finisterre!

I love Finisterre, always have. Today I had a matched amazing customer experience with customer service. Jack was very helpful in getting me an item I really wanted. He did a search around the stores and found me one that had some in stock. He instructed I should call to order it for delivery but explained as its very popular I should do so right away. This was very helpful as I may have waited until the end of the day. The level of detail and care was amazing. Jack completely matched all my previous expectations of Finisterre. Keep up the great work!

Went to the Finisterre shop at Falmouth. Had fantastic customer service. The two guys were really knowledgeable and helpful and there was no pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a great experience.

I bought a fleece over the phone as the store I was in didn't have the correct size. Sadly there was a mistake and the order didn't arrive. However I wanted to let everyone know that Freire from Hawksfield Store and Emma from the Exeter store were fantastic in putting right this transaction. Prompt emails and updates and I should receive the fleece tomorrow. I believe that you can judge a company by how it reacts when things go wrong.....

Great company. Top quality products that really last. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Buy less, buy good. Worth the extra. Sustainability at the core of everything they do. Excellent customer service (they answer email very fast!). Lovely staff at the end of the phone .
