Find Me A Gift Tracking Order Status

I booked the VIP Glimpse of London helicopter trip for my partners birthday. We did not go anywhere near the iconic buildings (Shard. Gherkin) quoted in the marketing material and did not see them at all. The website also shows pictures of people in helicopter overlooking central London and a helicopter going over the Thames, again we went nowhere near. We also received cheap perry at end of trip not champagne. I pointed all this out on our return home but received the reply it was a general description. I felt this was a poor reply and that I was mis-sold the trip and that it was even possibly against trade descriptions. After having to go back to find me a gift more than once they eventually gave me a £35 refund. Not happy with the result and see website still quoting same details for the trip despite them saying they would look at the wording.

The gift did not arrive despite the site saying dispatched. I emailed Find Me a Gift and they resolved it quickly and arranged for the gift to be sent to my new address. Gift arrives today and my husband loves it
