I received excellent service when I got in touch about my worn shaver head. I’m very pleased with my experience with their customer support.

I love the concept of recycling the blades. I ordered a trial kit and so far I am really impressed with the handle and blade. I ought to wait until I know how long the blade lasts really but I wanted to write up my great experience so far. I’ve registered to have a subscription for blades and I will return my old ones back to recycle. I bought the shaving cream, no huge difference between that and normal cream soap for me but others may notice a difference. So far, a great experience though.

I'm very pleased with my subscription and recyclable razor blades. FFS went above and beyond recently when I was sure I had not receive my delivery, and when I realised it was actually my fault, they were still very kind and generous with their response. 5 stars from me.

The mechanism that clipped the blade onto the handle broke by Kim got me sorted and had a new handles including the engraving within a couple of days. Brilliant service.

I could not afford the monthly payments so they kindly stopped the payments for 3 months but still credited the loyalty points , very helpful and understanding
