È la prima volta che acquisto prodotti di marchio Fessura. Che dire ?Che 5 stelle sono poche anzi pochissime . Prima di acquistare ho dovuto confrontarmi con l'ufficio servizi clienti per la misura del prodotto....tutti professionali ,veloci e cordiali .Risposte in due minuti . Il prodotto è fantastico...sembra di volare ...soffrendo di metatarsalgia da quando ho iniziato ad utilizzare i stivali che ho preso non sento il dolore ... Comunque ribadisco il mio parere personale :5 stelle sono poche anzi pochissime. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Small company. Great products. Huge customer care!

I love Fessura shoes and was amazed by their customer care! Original fresh design, super comfortable (I love their cork insole) and amazing quality! I didn't know the brand, but gave their shoes a chance. I bought their white Reflex sneakers and brought them on a 5 weeks trip through European late summer as my only pair of shoes. The best decision! Fresh in the hot Italian days, stable in the cool German afternoon trails in the wood and super comfy in the loooong city-walks in Portugal. After the trip I only had 1 week in Rome, Italy before flying back to Australia (where I live), so I decided to buy another pair (different model) online. The order was smooth and the shoes arrived in 2 day. Unfortunately that model was too tight and I did not have the time for a new delivery, so requested a return online. Witin 24h I got confirmation of the courier pickup at my place in Rome and got refunded within the same week. Top service. Will buy again next time I'm in Europe! Thank you guys. Keep going!
