Received a text and an email stating that when the parcel would be delivered. The gentleman knocked on at the door at the time stated and handed me the parcel. None of this knocking on the door, leaving the parcel and running malarkey or driving past the property and then stating nobody was home, like I complained about in my other reviews of a specific delivery company. Could not fault FedEx at all. Thank you 🙏

Customer satisfaction as a company should be the top priority, and I just don't feel that is the case. I've waited over a week for my package to arrive to get to and from work. For the the last several days, they've had me waiting for a package -sending me emails about tracking details, believing 'delivery was imminent or even certain', reasonably- that still has not arrived, nor that they even sent notification for, upon their recent, delivery attempt claim. Like waiting for a ground hog, they had me waiting by the door nearly the entire day each day, for nothing, only for them to state they attempted and I was not available. A complete falsehood in my view of what constitutes a 'deliver attempt', as I put my number and email to call upon delivery, which did not happen until I got an email almost half an hour to an hour after the delivery driver had left! I called customer service today, the next day, only for a seemingly, more than excited, customer service representative, who happened to sound like an asian woman (no pun intended), to sort of rush me off the phone, to 'assure' me that the package will arrive, and that they will, basically, follow the directions specified for delivery this go round, before rushing me off to a survey. Well, I can say, for full disclosure, the survey rating provided, would be better had I really been left with the impression, through their work, that my package would in fact arrive, within a specified time, and that customer and company could actually work out an efficient way of accomplishing that, that you took time out to hear or understand the problem, and perhaps then offer solutions, explanations, or assurances based on the feedback that I provided pertaining service. Well, let us hope this thing arrives, and that some of her assurances can be fulfilled, hopefully, the one pertaining to timeliness of delivery, also. I'm sure the customer service representative is a nice young woman, but wished I had recieved a more experienced personell who may be able to provide explanation as to the specific order complications preventing a timely delivery, i.e. due to weather, not having updated phone numbers, contact info, etc. I was hoping to get better clarity pertaining the delivery challenges so I can better plan for the week.

Did not receive my package on the day it was to be delivered. Evidently the drivers do not no what they are doing because they said the business was closed well it isn’t a business it is my home so it should have been delivered. Very dissatisfied with fedex and will not order anything else if it is to be delivered by fedex.

The most hopeless service. Unprofessional behaviour. N they don't care for anything except money. Stooped my shipment release for mere 60rs... Beggars.....
