One of the best customer service I have ever received from a company. They were willing to accommodate my requests and ensure that I was satisfied with the results. It’s not easy trying to make a decision based on an image on a screen but they did their best to help me. My contractor thought some rolls were missing and so I had to call to enquire about the number of rolls and they were quick and efficient in clarifying the issue. The wallpaper came out better than I expected! I will definitely be placing more orders from them,

First time ever using wallpaper and I spent hundreds of hours looking through designs. It was hard to imagine the designs in my space with my existing colour scheme. Hana was helpful and sent me previews. Her design team made every effort to adjust the color and cropping to my specifications. She was very patient and professional throughout the many email exchanges. Feathr was the only company that followed up on all my enquiries so that is why I ended up ordering from them; great customer service and easy to navigate their website. I hope to receive my order soon and I will write an update review .

Great wallapapers, great service! Pictures on pages are bad. I found wallpaper model from different page, but because that place didn't send orders to Europe I found that same model in Feathr. Some odd reason feathr.com had really bad picture about that same wallpaper. I order the sample and I like that, so I order wallpapers to bedroom.
