Favor Tracking Order Status

Favor is a great way to order home delivery in Texas. They have local brands and are always adding more. The app and the website are convenient, secure, and constantly updated and there are good deals and perks for returning customers. You can also order groceries from H-E-B brands, including Central Market and True Texas BBQ, my personal favorites. The app is great for estimating how long it will take, and runners are always friendly and will reach out if something isn't available. Once there was a problem with our order and customer support resolved it. The company cares about Texans, unlike national brands.

Best delivery app in Austin, Texas. Favor started out in Austin and continues to be my go-to delivery app whenever I'm in a bind and need some extra assistance. I tried other delivery apps but the quality and effort that the runners gave vs Favor runners... was night and day.

Favor was great in all categories EXCEPT 1, why do they charge my account an extra $30 on every order. They say it is a hold, I am 53 years old and every company i have ever dealt with has only charges my Debt card or Credit card for what I have purchased, I canceled my card and deleted the App,

I had an issue with my order when it arrived at my house and contacted favor . They were quick to respond and were apologetic and refunded my order! Polite and honest and very professional! The BEST!!!

I can’t say I would recommend this delivery service. It is not consistent and expensive for what often is a disappointing experience. My latest order from McDonald’s arrived ice cold — looking at the receipt comparing the time McDonald’s listed and when I received it, it was over 45 minutes (but the store is maybe 15 minutes away)? No wonder it was cold. I also have had large orders that I was charged $50 for go completely missing and never arrive. There’s no way to get a refund or to report the runner or anything. Use at your own risk, it’s a crap shoot on if you get a responsible runner or not.
