Always pleased with the service at Fat Face! I ordered a shirt & hoodie from the website and chose the click and collect service to my local store. The assistant there was polite and friendly and I was able to collect my order without any problems!

Easy ordering, quality clothing that lasts. A beautiful collection for all ages, so many items to choose from. One of my favourite shops. Highly recommended! Just one little request, when packaging the parcels could you not use both tear off sticky strips, only the outer one. Then when I return an item I can use the inner one to reseal the package. That is how it’s supposed to be done, but all parcels alway arrive with both seal strips stuck down, it’s frustrating. Hope this helps, thanks!

The shop did not have the size I wanted in stock so the assistant suggested I order it on line and come back to shop to collect it . I was told my purchase would arrive within 2 to 5 days.I am pleased to say it arrived 2 days later . I am totally satisfied with my purchase .

Website is so easy but I always find too many beautiful items I love. I have not yet received my most recent order, but it should be delivered soon, and look forward to receiving.
