Ottimo assistenza e vendita. I visited the Fastweb store to make changes to my Fastweb offer. Although in theory this could be achieved using the Fastweb app, the Fastweb colleague in the store confirmed that this was not possible for my account, and kindly contacted Fastweb telephone support on my behalf, saving me considerable trouble. The telephone support were able to make the change once the colleague explained the situation to them.
