Fashion World UK Tracking Order Status

Been with Fashion World for about 2 years now started off with £150 credit always buy stuff and pay it off it went up now and again. Just purchased a new 65inch TV for the bedroom which I’ll probably pay off in a few months. Was £200 cheaper via fashion world compared to Argos and Amazon so was quite happy about that. TV came in less then 5 day’s no issues at all great delivery contact helpful delivery driver. Always clear and easy to manage statements. Easy to pay via Apple Pay Never any issues at all 10/10 I manage my account well and just got a notification about a credit increase which I’ll probably find useful. Pay on time manage account well and you have a great relationship with fashion world

I have amended my review from 1 star to 2 stars because the issue outlined below has been resolved. However it was not resolved spontaneously by the company but only as a result of my contacting the credit reference agency, who dealt with it for me. The issue was this: Like others I had a fraudulent account opened in my name. I explained this to Fashion World and I also had a second letter from them saying that the order had been cancelled and I would not be charged. Despite this, they continued to send demands for payment and were charging interest on sums never due in the first place. They have also made adverse notifications to my credit rating. Given other comments made here, I remain unconvinced that this was be an honest mistake. They provided no proof of my opening the account and continued to charge interest on a sum which, by their own admission in the second letter, was not due. I gave them plenty of time to clear this up but they only did so after I contacted Equifax. Because of this, I’m not really sure about the bona fides of this company and can only suggest that you take care when dealing with them.

Have had fashion world for a few years now and never had any problems. Always get what I order and easy to pay Apple Pay is great

Never used them before signing up process was easy app is good and online website just wish there was slightly more variety like there is on very or Littlewoods and the app refuses to keep me logged in or remember my login information other that been really good so far and online support team are really helpful
