Farmfoods Tracking Order Status

At the Summerhill Shop in Aberdeen the manager goes above and beyond to assist customers. Very impressive. Haven’t come across any employee in any store I have been in that does as much for customers as this guy does. Empathy, help and respect … a very much 5 star rating for this manager.

Have used most of the fairly local Farmfoods within 20 miles the last 3 1/2 years, used to be exceptional value. As much as have liked you the last 3 years, your only saving grace. Massive let down at WV11 today. In short after waiting i dont expect 11 others to be served first, your loss walked out, left trolley about £140 wont see me again.

I purchased a variety of fruit at a reasonable price, but the checkout operator really made my visit worthwhile her name was Ann.Iwas in the Causieside St store in Paisley Renfrewshire.

Regarding the Basingstoke store. Received a flier through the door and was recommended to look at this store by a neighbouring supermarket employee. Once in the Farmfoods store I had a few queries that I raised with three different members of staff and the best way I can describe my experience was all three were 100% customer focuses. Not back chat that I usually experience in some other supermarkets. Well done to Farmfoods. Lovely staff.

My first visit at Farmfoods Cumbernauld. Delighted to see halal food Staff member Lizzy was very welcoming and helpful
