Farmacy Tracking Order Status

This company is a complete scammer! The customer relations are terribly bad! Here the name of the person is Paul Connors; so called senior vice president whom everyone to be careful about in relations as he is a complete liar. He behaves like supporting you or help you feel like getting professional customer service but unfortunately not. I'll do all my best to tell about him everywhere as I don't want people to experience the same things.

Products are good, but customer service is lacking. You can only contact them via email. The process is ultra frustrating, time consuming, and extremely slow.

Good product but horrible customer service. You can only email them and good luck on a prompt response. Will never order online from them again.

Great products - particularly love the light moisturizers and night serums. Fast delivery and good free rewards and points system.

I have bought products from Farmacy in the past through their European retailers. All of a sudden, I'm no longer able to buy them because they applied a shipping restriction to my country - despite being a country of the European Union. Still waiting for an explanation of why they restrict some EU countries, but ship to others.
