Farfetch est clairement le meilleur site du monde en matière de service client, livraison vraiment Perfect à part une seule fois ou il avait envoyé le mauvais article mais très vite remboursé vraiment je recommande à 4000% Farfetch déjà 6ans que je commande pas prêt de m’arrêter

I received a wrong item and returned it. The entire process was very smooth and refunding process was fast. Especially, the Customer Service of Farfetch has done an excellent job trying their best to understand what happened and what inconvenience it has caused to the customer, and offer reasonable resolutions.

Buon sito, con molti prodotti a disposizione con buonissimi marchi, niente da ridire, ne sul sito tantomeno sull’ affidabilità. Le due stelle sono dovute a causa della consegna che sfortunatamente si affidano ad UPS. Ogni volta trovano pretesti non veritieri per non consegnare i pacchi. Oggi (venerdì) il mio pacco era in consegna, mi arriva un email da parte di farfetch dicendomi che “non ero in casa”, quando non ho ricevuto ne citofonate o chiamate al numero che avevo lasciato per problemi di questo tipo. Mi è stato risposto che verra consegnato il prossimo giorno lavorativo (lunedì) che comunque si concretizzerà nel dover andar a recuperare il pacco nel punto raccolta UPS.. PS: 10 euro di spedizione per avere tutti questi problemi.

Nach Lektüre der Bewertungen war ich doch skeptisch. Ich hatte zwei Bademäntel von Derek Rose bestellt, für unter 50% des normalen Preises. Nach einigen Tagen kam die Sendung per dpd, alles super. Weil dann doch einer genug war, habe ich den anderen zurückgeschickt. Einige Tage später die Rückerstattung. Alles sauber und schnell kommuniziert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Farfetch bestellen.

Great customer service to ensure that my order was processed correctly! Everything was delivered on time and I appreciate the fact that I can adjust the delivery date. Also, any returns are processed easily and they come to your door instead of having to send yourself which is a huge plus. I am very pleased with the quality and service all around.
