Fantastic Furniture Tracking Order Status

Bought 7 sets of ceiling lights online from FantasticFurniture. They arrived fairly swiftly and without issue, and the product is great! A fraction of the price of very similar items from other major suppliers and seem to be good quality. I was hesitate to buy from them because of the other bad reviews here, but I couldn't fault my experience (maybe I was lucky).

It's their delivery company which is extremely bad - AVOID Hunter Express as all costs. Supposed to keep you up to date re progress, supposed to advise when delivery due, supposed to leave note if not home so can arrange a time. Did ZERO (one email at start saying item picked up in Melbourne - I'm in Brisbane) Dumped item on front patio. I can't move it; they refuse to come & rectify, agro, deny their problem. Fantastic Furniture going out of their way to assist & get it inside.

I bought a lounge suite way back in January , and was told it would be delivered in March ( Covid) No advice when time came, so I called the store ; still in China or onboard a ship. Then part of the order arrived, and since then two failed delivery promises for the rest of order.

I bought a desk from here a long time ago. I thought it would be like all the other cheap ones; bad quality, etc. But since I didn't have any other choice, I went with this one. I have to say, it did its job! It's been 3 years and it still works perfectly. I thought I would have to go to IKEA and get another one after this breaks; after two weeks. I love the desks' shelf organization and how it has so much storage space. My parents kept on scolding me like," Why did you get this desk? It's a rip-off!" "Now you'll have to buy a new one because this won't even last two weeks!" My two little sisters even bet on it with money for how long this desk could last. Guess they didn't think it would last more than 3 years! I would totally recommend this desk to anyone who's looking for a cheap, but nice desk with so much storage. I don't plan on buying any other desk than this one. My little sister got her desk from IKEA. Her one lasted 11 months, not even a full year! My parents now quickly changed their minds about my desk. They want to give the same desk to my little sister as a birthday present. I really hope by writing this review, I'm helping people change their minds about this furniture shop. I had my doubts too, but look where that got me! I can't wait to go back to Fantastic Furniture and shop for whatever I need next. In fact, I do need a new coffee table...Hmmm. So, to all the people out there, this desk is definitely worth checking out at Fantastic Furniture! Since I live in Lakemba, I have to go to the Fantastic Furniture shop in Chullora. The sofa bed delivered after more than 6 weeks have stain (looks like oil from delivery truck) on the right bottom corner near the leg. Order 3858880035135. I reached out to Fantastic Furniture by their online request form, but did not get any response after a week (request #1044225). The sofa bed is alright, but the stain really is visible even from afar.
