Very helpful and quick delivery

First of all, when dealing with this company y you talk to real human beings that work there I think I even talked with the owner. The delivery was timely, a miracle in this day and age. The truck delivery was good and again a real person from this place called me and talked me through the delivery. I have not put it together yet (shuffleboard) because it is Christmas present hidden in someone’s garage right now. Now I received this follow up email to make sure everything is ok. Thumbs up! Pool family fun staff all very helpful kind and polite. It took five months for me to get my 16 by 32 oval above ground pool. But Yvette explain to me the reasons why it took so long. She told me to hang in there and I did. There not a scam. Totally legit. I love my new pool it is bad ass!!!

While it took a while to get my purchase which had to do with the supplier they were keeping me up to date with the reasons for the delay always polite professional and caring throughout the process When the packages arrived they all made it together in good timing and they let me know if I had any needed assistance in the assembly or questions to not just give them a call and they'd be more then happy to assist all in all very happy with my purchase and my son loves the new entry system to our pool which is a big A+++++++
