Faithfull The Brand Tracking Order Status

Don’t like issuing refunds - lost my item in their warehouse and refused to refund me. Eventually they found it 6 weeks later and claimed that, as they only just received it, then it was out of the returns window and I could only have a credit note. Absolutely ridiculous.

Forgot to include my packing slip in a return package but had a postage receipt with proof I had sent back my return and they had received it. They did not refund me and took 3-5 days to respond to each email.

No response, no help, no resolution, when my package went 'missing' two times. Broken promises about following up and getting back to me - after waiting 3-5 days each time I write to them. Had to file a claim with my credit card company to get this resolved.
