We ordered some furniture in July, hear nothing and phoned several times. Customer Services very polite and pleasant but clearly lie through their teeth every time you speak to them! They promised to call back several times and never called me back, I always had to call them. We ended up accepting a part order 6 weeks later with a promise of the rest in some weeks, only to find the quality of the furniture was poor and so we sent them back and cancelled the whole order. Collection was at least prompt and on time. Waited a week to ensure the returns had been processed, called to ask for the refund and were told they would arrange it. A week later I called again chasing up the refund, was put on hold and finally told they had had 'issues' with their Paypal account (which I didn't believe). I have now received my refund (I wonder if it would have been more difficult if I hadn't paid through Paypal and with a credit card).... Back to the drawing board for the furniture - I will be checking company reviews before ordering from anyone else!

Great service and a great product. I had to wait around 5 weeks for delivery of my bed, but it's well worth it. The service given by James was second to none.

I'll start by saying that the customer service hasn't been too bad, which has saved me from putting one star. The product, however, is shockingly bad. I bought an L Shaped Kitson sofa bed from FADS for £399. When it arrived the fittings were incorrectly placed which meant I couldn't assemble the sofa. After making a complaint I was offered a 10% refund and was able to fix the problem myself. However, the refund took over a month to reach my account, which, after a lot of chasing, I found out was apparently due to a problem with their payments system. Frustrating but reasonable enough. The sofa itself is one of the worst sofas you could sit on. You can feel the springs sticking out, as well as parts of the wooden frame, due to it being so thinly padded. Needless to say, it's incredibly uncomfortable, both as a sofa, and a bed (guests have hated having to sleep on it so much I don't torture them with it now, just use a blow up mattress instead) The stitching is now also starting to come apart and would be very difficult to repair. Considering that I bought this sofa in January, you wouldn't expect it to start coming apart after just 4 months! I have requested for a part of the sofa to be replaced but have yet to receive anything, despite being told that its been dispatched. To be honest, this terrible sofa isn't worth all the fuss. Not worth the money at all!

The Hugo multicoloured chairs from FADS are great! They look fantastic around my dining table. Was surprised just how quick the delivery was. Would recommend to any of my friends. Thanks again!

Had a lot of problems with the delivery company but Adam at fads was brilliant and eventually got everything sorted
