Item was good price and exactly what I was looking for (120v large tank compressor) so I bought. Delivery took awhile which may have been because of COVID-19, not really sure. After arrival, while trying to hook it up, I realized that they had sent the wrong compressor/motor. I specifically needed the 120v model and they sent me a 220v model. I went back and forth with them over email for quite some time (they tried to tell me that I could run a 220v motor on a 120v circuit, it would just run slower) and they finally agreed to exchange the compressor for the proper one. After 2+ months of dealing with this massive headache I finally received the new compressor and all is good. UPDATE: After leaving reviews, the company has offered compensation for the mistake so thank you FAO.

He provided me with excellent customer service and It was a real pleasure dealing with with him.
