I love how company details are not verified! I recently bought 2 boxes of iceglobes one for myself and one as a gift to my sister. When she opened it up on xmas turned out it was broken so I reported it to customer service. I was told I was meant to open this and check it within 24 hrs of receiving this product. I told them it was a gift to someone how am I meant to open a gift when I'm about to gift it to someone. They made the analysis that it was opened and product was taken out and used and that when it broke. I was not even offered a refuned and they didn't even consider what I was trying to say. I left a review on their website which they did not post on their site shows they only keep good reviews but no bad ones. The product is definitely overrated by advertisements and endorsement it has received by vogue. The customer service is very poor.

Cool but not worth the price tag. These are lovely, however I feel like they are not great quality for the money and I just am terrified of them smashing. For a glass product they should have an insurance in place where you pay X amount and if anything happens to the globes within 12 months you should get them replaced.

Do not trust Fraîcheur. I purchased a pair of their ice globes that cracked while in the freezer (while being dutifully stored in their original padded container as advised). I had just received the ice globes and did not even have them for 3 weeks when this happened, clearly a faulty / poorly put together item. The customer service team is slow in responding and their answer was really poor, as they did not accept responsibility for the faulty ice globe and stopped responding straight after. They did not publish my review on their website (after several automatic emails requesting one - possibly because it was not a positive review?), another poor behaviour towards a customer. Steer away from them, utter waste of money!

Have ordered products and not received, when contacting received very rude responses. They have stated they are awaiting shipping but still no shipping information provided. Then received email stating they are still getting my order ready days after confirming it was ready to go. They then blamed the Black Friday volumes as the issue but had ordered before Black Friday periods or sales. Very disappointing. Have seen others comment on their social media posts then it’s shortly deleted.***update...company have emailed to say a refund has been issued rather than resolving apparent shipping issue... obviously a stock issue which they won’t admit, terrible customer service, blocked allowing recommendation reviews on their social media. Don’t believe emailing back and forth for 8 days as reasonable to obtain tracking info*** update 9th December - no refund received. Advised 2-5 working days and my bank supports fast payment systems yet no refund received**
