Fab Glass and Mirror Tracking Order Status

This was a good experience ordering a piece of custom made tempered glass from Fab Glass and Mirror. The item was really well cut to the right dimensions and best of all, it was packaged and shipped nice and safely and arrive in good time and was not broken. Great service.

I ordered a replacement 54" glass patio top with umbrella hole. This was a difficult item to find, so I was ecstatic when I discovered Fab Glass and Mirror. The purchase went smoothly and delivery was right on time and courteous. The top was perfect! The added bonus was the terrific customer service. They guided me every inch of the way, even contacting me after delivery to insure I was satisfied with the glass top. I had a great experience from beginning to end! When FedEx destroyed the more than sufficient packaging and damaged the table top . . . on 2 different shipments! . . . before delivery, you all kept communications open, very prompt, and very helpful! The 3rd table top shipped finally arrived whole, although FedEx still banged up the packaging. Thanks for working with me through all the FedEx mishaps.
