I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute waste of time. I purchased 2 x indoor cameras. Both failed within the 12 month guarantee period. Contacted EZVIZ 'customer service' or, may I suggest renaming this 'total lack of customer service' They used delay tactics from the start. I provided everything they asked for, photos of the cameras, serial numbers and the problem I was having Next request, can I provide copies of the invoice - I did. Next, can I try to reconfigure the device - impossible when there is no power and the camera is dead. Next step, can I try device with no power in an alternative power cable...luckily (or not!) I had 2 cameras and 2 power cables, so I was able to do this...to no avail Next step, refer me to an EZVIZ 'specialist'......who made the same requests as previous emails had asked Next, escalate problem to EZVIZ VIP team!!!! 😆 'VIP' team request a video of the cameras ( obviously I have not explained the problem sufficiently to warrant a return for repair/replacement under the terms and conditions of the product guarantee.) Unfortunately, the videos were too large to send as an attachment in an email, so I suggested I either send them by WhatsApp, or I upload them to Amazon product reviews for EZVIZ to view. This wasn't good enough. They suggested uploading on 1 of 2 platforms I have never heard of/used. The reply from the 'VIP' team was the exact same response/text content again, except Estelle had changed her name to Norman I've wasted enough time, (3,5 weeks to date) and energy on this tin pot company. What an absolute shower of s...e Never again. Buyer beware

Purchased doorbell & chime pack after reading positive Expert Review & others. Prompt delivery and well packaged. Set-up instructions via App are clear but after 6 days & 10 attempts including re-sets I cannot connect. I have a 970 mbps internet & a router that runs both 2.4 and 5 ghz (Ezviz needs 2.4). Conection fails despite everything being within 1 metre of router. Interestingly the box contains a small label that specifically tells you to contact Support if unable to connect....so they know there are issues! I contacted Support (overseas I beileve) via tel and was answered quickly. Tried to connect with him, failed so he referred the case to an expert. Received follow-up email a day later but the person just repeated same pre-canned text and ignored what I had told them the day before. No solution as of today. I caution buying this product which clearly has in-built connection problems. I will update review if resolved or returned for refund.

Brought 2 cameras both different ones due to ongoing vandalism off my vehicle, had them around 10 months now. While the app and the cameras are reasonably good car quality, I just find it absolutely impossible to set the cameras up in such a way where they go off when they need to. Always over sensitive and recording far too much rubbish i.e nothing or not going off when they need to go off. Also the dual lens camera I have got has got a bright light on it but there is no setting to make it stay on you can either have it off or have it flash whenever it detects something

Des le départ, les notices fournies avec les équipements sont indigentes. Ensuite, il n'y a pas d'espace FAQ suffisamment développé sur leur site : juste la répétition des notices. Ils ne prennent pas en compte dans leurs FAQ les reproches régulièrement exprimés sur les forum. Enfin, les numéros de telephone d'assistance ( difficiles à découvrir) vous renvoient dans le vide, et les adresses mail ne vous envoient que des accusés de réception automatisés sans réponses concrètes par la suite. En bref, un sens du service client très limité: ils n'ont visiblement pas envie de dépanner leurs clients

When I first installed Ezviz camera it was fine all worked great no problems but soon as you unplug it you can not connect it up again.. I have tried and I even asked a friend who is very capable of setting up cameras in case i was missing something to do it for me.. but all it keeps saying is password is incorrect (which is not) or can not connect to wifi when my internet is perfect. I even deleted account and app and started again but no not having any of it.. so basically the camera is fine when plugged in, good luck if you unplug it that is will connect again.
