ZERO TOLERANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY SAD EXPERIENCE!!!

AFTER 1 WEEK OF PATIENTLY WAITING FOR MY ORDER, THEY CASUALLY SEND ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WILL TAKE 4-6 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED BY THEIR SUPPLIER. NO APOLOGIES AND JUST SAID THEY WILL CANCEL MY ORDER IF I DON'T RESPOND IN 72 HOURS IF I WANT TO PROCEED. IT IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING TO THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID TO THEIR WEBSITE THEY DELIVER MAXIMUM 2 DAYS AND THEY HAVE TABBY PAYMENT OPTIONS, BUT I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE GETTING MY ORDER.
