e.l.f. cosmetics UK Tracking Order Status

I ordered on the 30th of December 2017, so naturally I expected delivery to be slower than usual due to new years. After about 8 or 9 days of no sign of dispatch, I emailed them to see if it was going okay. They replied within a day and then dispatched a day or two after. It took about a week to arrive (understandably with it coming from America.) However, because it took so long to dispatch in the first place, 2 of my most wanted products in my cart were out of stock by the time they dispatched it. They did however take that cost off my total. The gift with purchase was a biiit misleading, I was expecting the 5 products it showed on the picture, but it was only 3, and I really wanted the other two things on there. Overall... not bad. I'd probably order again if I felt like the wait. I don't hate it at all.

This has happened to me three times now! Another company without adequate information about their location on their website! Gah. Dispatch and delivery from US to UK took pretty much exactly 14 days (inc weekends), which would have been fine if I'd known before I'd bought where it was all coming from. So buyer beware, they are not in the UK, in spite of their UK domain and GBP prices! This could also make returns very difficult. I'd never used ELF products before, and on the whole, I'm pleased. It's cheap and the brushes are good. I also like the way they have incorporated a sharpener into all of their pencil lids. Their primer isn't great though - I think I'll be using Benefit or some other, pricier brand for that. Another negative is the labelling on the packaging. The packaging itself looks lovely, but some pots are identical for different products. I have no idea which one is my eyeliner and which is my setting powder!

So I was super excited that e.l.f came back online! Assuming they were trading in the UK which they are.. but shipping from america and waiting 4 weeks for my make up!! Which is quite ridiculous. My fault for not checking the delivery times.. but when my package finally arrived I was missing an item. A little annoyed that I waited all that time and I have an item missing...

Jeg har handlet hos e.l.f flere gange og har været tilfreds de fleste gange. Der har dog været et par episoder - en af dem, var at jeg modtog en pakke med måske 8 genstande i, hvor den ene var en transulent pudder, der dog desværre var ødelagt - jeg gjorde godt nok ikke noget ved det, idet den havde været så billig. En af de få ting der trækker ned i min samlede bedømmelse af virksomheden er, som andre også har nævnt, at flere produkter meget ofte er udsolgt. En af de ting, der dog trækker op er, at de er gode til at give rabat, fri fragt eller et andet rigtigt godt tilbud.

jeg kan ikke få min ordre igennem, den bliver ved med at bede mig vente venligst fordi de skal "We are now contacting your bank." .. og jeg har set op vent venligst i 2 dage og jeg gider ikke rigtig vente mere.
