Felt secure ordering online from my vision insurance preferred online provider. In searching for cheaper options for contacts I found there are a lot of sketchy websites out there. I received my discount up front with my insurance discounts applied at the time of my order without having to deal with the hassle of a mail-in rebate that I always forget to do anyway. As a busy working professional this was a great option. I received my contacts within 1 week and they feel great!

This was my first experience with online ordering and I must say that it did not turn out to be good. My glasses are way heavier than what I expected (or got from previous stores). The good part was that I was able to get prompt customer support but the input that I got was like "it is case by case basis".

Great customer service, but I confess that I was / am disappointed with the sunglasses.
